This class is where it all starts. Our beginning class teaches you the basics of weaving, warping a loom, reading a draft (pattern), and finishing your fabric. After this class you will be able to weave your own projects and also will be able to continue to learn in intermediate classes.

About the event

This class is taught by Deanna Baugh and is held at the Salt Lake Weaving Studio, 2875 S West Temple, South Salt Lake, UT 84115.
Date: Saturday, Aug 2nd (noon-4:00), Tuesdays Aug 5, 12, 19, 26 and Sep 2nd, 6:00-8:00. The first session of this class is 4 hours on a Saturday. The rest of the sessions are on Tuesday evening, 6:00-8:00pm.
Cost: $395 for 14 hours of instruction, loom rental and materials
