    Cut colorful paper strips with a pasta maker, then weave a sweet, little basket. There is no need to register for this make-and-take class. Just drop in, enjoy time with fiber-y friends, and leave with a basket that you made.

    Pin Looms are the ultimate traveling looms. Slip one in your bag and weave anywhere. We will be weaving a square (or 2) that you can use as a coaster. No need to register, just drop in and spend the afternoon with other makers like you.

    The Gradient Dyeing Class is meant for beginning as well as experienced dyers. Each student will pick two colors to dye with and will dye 16 half ounce skeins with those colors. The final result is 16 distinct, but related colors. The yarn to dye and the dyes are included in the cost of the class.

    An intermediate class. Students should be able to warp a rigid heddle loom and weave simple plain weave. The class focuses on manipulated warp techniques, including: leno, clasped weft, Brooks Bouquet, and Danish Medallions. You will also learn finishing techniques: hemstitching, and twisted fringe.

    Next to plain weave, twill is the most basic weave structure. By weaving a twill gamp, the weaver has a physical reference guide that shows how different threadings interact with various treadlings. This class is intense, designed to get you back to your loom, designing your own twill patterns.
